(90 minutes) Who are the challenging people in our office? Does our staff  consider us the challenging person in our office? Trying to reason with a person whose behavior is difficult can be the most difficult part of our job. How we show up in a conversation can have a big impact on our business relationships and communications.

When we are having a challenge communicating with someone in our office, it can come from a number of reasons including:

• The other person’s lack of self-awareness
• Our lack of self-awareness
• Different priorities
• Different communication styles
• An absence of trust
